Emergency Medical Services- This course offers students an additional two industry certifications by adding (6) First Responder, and (7) Emergency Medical Technician-Basic to the curriculum. Students who wish to be certified as an EMT MUST be 18 years of age by the end of the course to take the state certification exam. Because students must be 18 to take the state EMT certification test, this course is only open to seniors. Dual credit is offered with acceptable level placement scores. (3 credit, 2 semester course)
